Guided Meditations
I've been asked by several of my students and fellow meditators share recordings of the guided meditations I share. I'll place recordings from my qigong classes and the meditations I sit with.

For all these recordings I'm teaching groups of people who are sitting in chairs. Feel free to practice while reclined; laying on a bed or laying on the floor. Enjoy.
