Here are videos from my trip to Long Beach Island in New Jersey.
This video is of the 15 Taiji Movements Qigong Form by Master Jiao Guorui. Each movement is performed three times on each side. You can see the occasional shadow of my lovely wife following along from behind the camera.
This is sunrise qigong on the beach. I'm performing two movements from Hunyuan Qigong: Sinking Qi and Washing the Internal Organs, and Gathering Qi to the Three Dantian - Middle, Lower, and Upper.
While at Long Beach Island, N.J., I perform the Hunyuan form called 13 Postures by Grandmaster Chen Xiang. This is the first sequence of moves performed on both the left and right side.
