Short Workouts

I thought that I would post short workout videos that would help support my students' practice. Please let me know what you think about these efforts.
This first set is from the Hun Yuan Qigong collection. Master Feng Zhiqiang is the originator. I learned these from Sifu Matthew Branham. This set includes Sinking Qi, Gathering Qi to the Upper Dantian, Gathering Qi to the Middle Dantian, and Gathering Qi to the Lower Dantian. This set is a little over 14 minutes long.
