Lots of updates. New videos in both the Qigong classes and the Taiji classes. Also, a new document describing the Hun Yuan Qigong movement 'Sinking Qi / Washing the Internal Organs'.

I am revising the 15 Taiji Movements Qigong based on the latest translation of Master Jiao's 1991 on the form. I'm teaching the new movements now in the online classes. I have been posting new handouts to the website to support my students.
Demonstrations of the new movements can be found in the MANY videos of the ongoing classes. I'll start working on new videos of the movements in a few weeks (waiting for nicer weather).

I am working to self-publish a book on Master Jiao Guorui’s 15 Taiji Movements Qigong.
I’ve connected with a young talented illustrator who will creat original art to depict the exercises.

My translator has completed the translation of the original book. The 1991 book contains 3 Opening Exercises, the 15 Exercises, and 5 Closing Exercises.

Any contribution is helpful. Presently the campaign goal is $2,500. This covers the costs of illustrations and publishing. Presently my best estimate for publishing is just under $2,000 for 100 copies of the book.
